Variety Capital is seeking driven and talented individuals, with a passion for financial markets, to join our best-in-class investment fund platform. This role offers significant earning potential for driven individuals committed to a meritocratic environment, with OTE ranging from £60,000 to £100,000 and the potential to fast-track to senior management.

About Variety Capital

Based in South Kensington, Variety Capital prides itself on bringing proven “alpha” managers to non-US markets via its UCITS ICAV fund platform. We provide co-branded fund launches for outstanding investment managers to attract institutional investors from non-US markets. We oversee fund operations and raise capital in international markets through our investor network developed over 23 years. We have over 45 institutions across Europe, Middle East and Asia invested in our funds. We also selectively work with private markets clients to raise capital globally, including in the United States, via a US Broker-Dealer.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Economics, Finance, Investment Management, or related field
  • Self-starter with resilience and excellent communication skills
  • IMC, CFA, CAIA, or other investment management qualifications are advantageous but not required

Native English speaker or English bi-lingual with German, Spanish, Arabic or Japanese.
