The Role
• Lead the development of complex financial models, including LBO, DCF, and Three-Statement analysis, to support strategic client recommendations.
• Spearhead the creation of high-impact marketing materials and transaction pitch books for tech-sector mandates.
• Research and synthesize detailed industry and operating information, translating data into actionable analytical findings for deal teams.
• Execute strategic initiatives by coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders and external client leadership throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Manage statistical exhibits and financial performance trend analysis to provide deep-dive insights during client presentations.
What You'll Need
• 1 – 3 years of direct experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Banking, specifically within a tech-focused group.
• Exceptional technical proficiency in financial modeling and valuation, with a mastery of Excel and financial database management tools.
• A strong academic foundation with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting with a track record of outstanding achievement.
• Advanced communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and distill complex financial concepts into compelling narratives.
• A high-energy, proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize multi-dimensional workstreams in a demanding San Francisco deal environment.
