A fast-growing investment fund is looking for a Property & Investment Analyst to join its team. This is an ideal next step for someone with 3–5 years’ experience in property, finance, or investment analysis who wants broader exposure and real responsibility.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership across real estate and private equity investments, gaining hands-on experience in deal execution, financial modelling, and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse investment opportunities and support deal execution
- Build financial models, budgets, and cashflow forecasts
- Prepare investor and management reports
- Monitor asset performance and costs
- Coordinate with advisors (legal, tax, developers, agents)
- Support due diligence on acquisitions and disposals
Requirements:
- Experience in property or financial analysis
- Strong Excel / financial modelling skills
- Degree in Finance, Business, or Property
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
