Lighthouse Executives is seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to join a dynamic team focused on private infrastructure investment and development across the region. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, sustainable infrastructure, and development impact.
About the Role:
The Investment Analyst will support the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities, as well as the ongoing management of portfolio companies. You will work closely with senior investment professionals, contributing to financial analysis, due diligence, deal structuring, and investment proposals. This role offers exposure to complex, high-impact projects that combine commercial success with measurable socio-economic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investment Origination: Identify and source potential investment opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.
- Due Diligence: Conduct commercial, financial, and operational analysis; coordinate with external advisors and partners.
- Financial Analysis & Modelling: Build detailed financial models, perform valuations (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions), and run scenario analyses.
- Deal Structuring & Execution: Assist with investment terms, transaction documentation, and financing arrangements to support timely financial close.
- Stakeholder & Portfolio Management: Liaise with internal teams and external partners; monitor portfolio performance and risks, providing timely reporting.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain an in-depth understanding of relevant markets and sectors to inform investment strategy.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field. Master’s or CFA is a plus.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, asset management, equity research, financial consulting, or similar. Internships at buy- or sell-side firms are advantageous.
- Experience in infrastructure investments, development finance, or Asia-focused markets is preferred.
- Strong understanding of both debt and equity structures, market risk, and financial statements.
- Exceptional analytical and financial modelling skills; able to handle complex datasets and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to produce detailed investment memos and present to senior stakeholders.
