Key Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory accounting records.
- Monitor goods receipts, stock issues, and inventory levels.
- Reconcile and verify inventory balances within the system.
- Record deliveries, returns, and inventory write-offs.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock reconciliations.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen, warehouse, and management teams.
- Prepare inventory data and supporting documentation for reports and financial calculations.
- Perform administrative and operational accounting tasks related to procurement, inventory, and consumption.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience working with the Remaris software.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Secondary school diploma or higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily operational tasks.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Responsible, reliable, and proactive approach to work.
