We are currently looking for an experienced and hands-on Human Resource Manager who can lead recruitment initiatives and manage employee relations in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
🔹 Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, with strong understanding of talent profiles in the collection / financial services industry
- Develop and expand effective local recruitment channels (agencies, offline hiring, referrals, etc.) to meet aggressive hiring targets
- Execute recruitment plans efficiently within tight timelines
- Handle employee relations matters, including communication, conflict resolution, and workforce optimization processes
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with Indonesian labor laws and company policies
- Support day-to-day HR operations and other tasks as assigned by the company
🔹 Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with strong exposure to recruitment and workforce optimization
- Proven experience in high-volume hiring and building recruitment channels
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and ability to handle employee relations independently
- Prior experience in fintech or collection industry is highly preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic English communication is required
