Coveted Group is a young, fast-growing hospitality company built and run by founders in their 20s. We operate two verticals: Coveted Hospitality, our self-managed short-term rental portfolio, and Coveted Collection, our property management arm where we co-host and manage units on behalf of property owners. Our properties are listed across Airbnb, VRBO, and other major OTAs.

The Role
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant who thinks and operates like a CFO. This is not a data-entry role. We need someone who can look at our numbers and tell us what they mean — where we are leaving money on the table, where we are overspending, and what decisions we should be making next. You will have a direct line to the co-founders and your input will shape how we allocate capital and grow.

We expect this role to do the same — using AI not as a novelty, but as a genuine tool to automate repetitive financial tasks, surface insights from our data, and free up your time for the high-value thinking that actually moves the needle. Your performance will be measured by one thing: how much money you save and make this company.
What You Will Own:
Strategic / CFO-Level
- Serve as the financial voice in the room — advising co-founders on margins, pricing, cash flow, and growth decisions
- Build and maintain unit-level P&L models across both Coveted Hospitality and Coveted Collection
- Identify where the business is bleeding money and where the real upside is — and bring solutions, not just reports
- Provide financial input on new property management deals, owner agreements, and expansion decisions
- Design and implement a financial reporting structure that scales with us
- Leverage AI tools (Claude and others) to automate reporting, flag anomalies, and accelerate financial analysis
- Build financial dashboards and workflows that give leadership real-time visibility without manual effort
Operational / Day-to-Day
- Own all bookkeeping across both portfolios using QuickBooks and GetClearing
- Prepare and distribute accurate monthly owner statements for Coveted Collection
- Reconcile OTA payouts (Airbnb, VRBO, and others), bank accounts, and vendor invoices monthly
- Process weekly payroll
- Track all expenses: maintenance, supplies, laundry, utilities, and owner-approved costs
- Manage damage waiver and upsell revenue tracking and owner disbursements where applicable
- Maintain clean, audit-ready books at all times

What We're Looking For
- Chartered Accountant (CA) designation — non-negotiable
- 5+ years in accounting or finance with US-based client experience
- Proven ability to operate beyond bookkeeping — strategic thinking, financial modeling, advisory experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of your actual workflow — not just awareness of them
- Experience in hospitality, short-term rentals, or Airbnb/VRBO is a strong preference
- Excellent written English
- Highly independent, proactive, and ownership-driven
- Available for some overlap with US Eastern Time
