The Opportunity

Join Police Bank as a Home Lending Specialist and help our members achieve one of life’s biggest milestones, owning their home.

You’ll play a key role in delivering personalised lending solutions and exceptional service to our members. This is an exciting opportunity to build strong relationships, grow your lending expertise, and make a real impact in a supportive and values-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will guide members through every stage of the home loan journey, providing expert advice and tailored lending solutions that meet their individual needs.

You’ll manage home loan applications from initial enquiry through to settlement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for members. Building strong relationships with both new and existing members, you’ll proactively identify lending opportunities through meaningful conversations and referrals.

You’ll also ensure all lending activities are completed in line with responsible lending obligations and internal policies, while consistently delivering exceptional service that reflects Police Bank’s commitment to putting members first.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an experienced lending professional with a strong background in home lending, mortgage broking, or retail banking lending. You’ll bring a solid understanding of home loan products and responsible lending practices, along with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

With strong communication, attention to detail, and a proven ability to achieve lending targets, you’ll thrive in this dynamic role.

A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking will be highly regarded.
