Role Description
The Head of Retail will oversee and manage all retail operations, ensuring effective business strategies, smooth operational processes, and achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include leading a dynamic team, developing business plans, monitoring financial performance, strategizing to increase customer engagement, and establishing relationships with key stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manila.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Planning and proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives
- Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to assess market trends and derive actionable insights
- Experience in Retail and a solid understanding of sales operations, channel strategies, and customer engagement
- Proven skills in Sales with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Effective Team Management capabilities, including team development and leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the petroleum or related industry is an advantage
