As we continue expanding nationally, we are seeking an experienced executive capable of building world-class operational systems.

Position Summary

We are looking for an execution-focused leader who can transform Prestige Ride into one of the world’s leading luxury mobility companies.

You will work directly with the CEO to oversee every operational department including:

This is not a traditional operations role.

We need someone capable of building systems, KPIs, teams, automation, and scalable processes.

ResponsibilitiesExecutive Leadership

  • Build scalable operational frameworks
  • Develop company-wide SOPs
  • Design KPI dashboards
  • Lead department heads
  • Improve execution across every business unit
  • Present weekly executive reports

Operations

  • Optimize nationwide chauffeur operations
  • Improve dispatch efficiency
  • Increase affiliate performance
  • Reduce service failures
  • Improve customer satisfaction

AI & Automation

Lead AI transformation across:

  • Dispatch
  • CRM
  • Customer Support
  • Finance
  • Marketing
  • Driver Management
  • Reporting
  • QA

Experience with platforms like:

  • OpenAI
  • n8n
  • Zapier
  • Make
  • AI Agents

is highly preferred.

Technology

Work closely with software developers on:

  • Mobile Apps
  • Internal CRM
  • Customer Portal
  • Driver Portal
  • Affiliate Portal
  • AI Integrations

Must understand software product development.

Growth

  • Scale nationwide operations
  • Launch new markets
  • Improve profitability
  • Reduce operational costs
  • Build executive leadership team

Required Experience

  • 10+ years in executive leadership
  • COO, VP Operations, Chief of Staff, or General Manager
  • Transportation, Mobility, SaaS, Marketplace, Hospitality, Logistics, or High-Growth Tech experience
  • Proven experience managing teams of 50+ employees
  • Experience managing multiple departments
  • Strong financial understanding
  • Excellent communication skills
