We are partnering with one of China’s largest privately-held holding groups to appoint a Head of Financial Management. This is a strategic, group-level role overseeing the financial management of both the headquarters and its subsidiaries, with a dotted-line reporting structure across the group. The role reports directly to the Co-CFO responsible for finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and operation of group-level financial management frameworks across headquarters and subsidiaries
- Oversee financial planning, capital allocation, and performance analytics to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate closely with business and investment teams to optimize asset performance and business outcomes
- Establish and enhance financial governance, policies, and processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
- Support group-level strategic initiatives, including platform development and business transformation
- Build strong finance-business integration to ensure finance adds strategic value
Candidate Profile:
- Extensive experience in insurance or asset management companies, ideally with an audit or finance background
- Proven track record in group-level finance roles with exposure to multi-entity and multi-market operations
- Strong experience in financial management, planning, and governance
