Job summary
The Commercial Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of Credit facilities for Commercial customers as well as assisting in the planning, organization, coordination and controlling of activities relating to Commercial Banking.
Main Responsibilities
- Actively interface with the Corporate and other Commercial Relationship Managers and other
- Commercial Relationship Managers and the Head of Commercial within CBU to ensure the achievement of smooth and efficient processes, growth in the loan book and increase in revenue.
- Lead, inspire and coach team members to achieve their targets while supporting their professional and personal development.
- Support management projects and participates in the development of policies and procedures including through activity in working groups.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, policies, and regulations as a matter of course.
Requirements
- A professional qualification in banking, finance, risk, compliance or related field would be considered as an asset.
- Preferably possess a minimum of two years working experience in Commercial Banking.
- Be customer driven with strong focus on quality of service.
- Possess excellent judgement skills.
- Be organised and prepared to work under pressure.
