Cornerstone Executive Search Türkiye is conducting a confidential search for a Finance Manager / Finance Lead on behalf of a global Life Sciences company.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will lead the finance function in Türkiye and serve as a key member of the local leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all finance operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, tax and compliance.
- Ensure strong financial governance, statutory compliance and internal controls.
- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual reporting in line with group requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital, proactively managing financial risks.
- Partner with commercial and operational teams to support business performance and decision-making.
- Coordinate tax, audit and compliance processes with external advisors.
- Act as the primary finance contact for headquarters and local stakeholders.
- Lead and develop the local finance team while driving process improvements.
Requirements
- Proven finance leadership experience within multinational organizations.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Turkish accounting regulations, tax and compliance.
- Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and business partnering.
- Hands-on approach with strong operational finance ownership.
- Ability to influence and support senior stakeholders across functions.
- Experience managing finance teams and cross-functional relationships.
- Audit background is a plus.
- Experience in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Healthcare, Pharma or FMCG sectors is preferred.
- Fluent English is required.
