Matrix Recruitment is recruiting a Group Financial Controller for a well-established group based in Co. Roscommon. Reporting to the CFO, this is a key leadership role overseeing finance operations across multiple entities in Ireland and the UK. You will lead financial reporting, controls, audit, and process improvements while managing a team and supporting ERP implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly management accounts and group reporting across multiple entities.
- Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the full external audit process and statutory financial reporting.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management processes.
- Drive finance process improvements and support ERP system implementation.
Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Strong experience in financial accounting, reporting, and control across multiple entities.
- Proven experience managing audits and statutory reporting requirements.
- Strong technical knowledge of FRS102 and IFRS.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a finance team.
