A global interbroker dealer is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their lower Manhattan-based team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee financial analysis and strategic support across the Americas regio
- nPerform ad hoc financial modeling and analysis for senior leadership, including P&L commentary and business performance reportin
- gPartner with front-office teams, Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations on key strategic initiative
- sPrepare management committee packs and strategy presentation
- sDrive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in partnership with Financ
- eSupport M&A activity including valuation, due diligence, and post-merger integratio
- nConduct market and competitive analysis to assess trends and business opportunitie
