Contributes to the overall success of the Global Wholesale Operations, Global Collateral Management, or Global Banking & Markets (GBM) support teams ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

In this role, you will:

  • Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
  • Champion a culture of continuous operational improvement by independently resolving highly complex, multi‑faced problems to meet business needs.
  • Support with and conduct data analysis, problem solving, and project execution as required.
  • Collaborate with operations, trading desks, and counter parties to resolve exceptions promptly.
  • Maintain and improve processes, systems, and data to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.
  • Collaborate in a high‑performance setting and contribute to an inclusive work environment.
