This role is designed for an experienced hospitality leader with a proven track record in luxury environments, capable of translating brand vision into consistent operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of service and refinement.
Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Guest Experience
- Orchestrate the daily operations of the restaurant with precision and elegance
- Ensure a flawless guest journey, reflecting the highest standards of luxury hospitality
- Personally engage with VIP guests, fostering long-term relationships
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with discretion and professionalism
Leadership & Talent Development
- Curate, inspire, and lead a high-performing team aligned with the brand’s values
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of talent
- Instill a culture of excellence, accountability, and refined service
- Conduct performance evaluations and guide professional growth
Brand Stewardship
- Safeguard and elevate the brand’s French heritage, aesthetic, and identity
- Ensure consistency across service, presentation, and ambiance
- Implement and uphold brand guidelines and SOPs with meticulous attention to detail
- Deliver continuous training to embed brand standards across the team
Financial Leadership
- Own and drive the restaurant’s financial performance (P&L)
- Ensure sustainable profitability while maintaining uncompromised quality
- Monitor key metrics including revenue, cost ratios, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with outsourced financial partners to ensure transparency and discipline
Strategic Coordination
- Partner with marketing agencies to enhance brand presence and visibility
- Contribute to curated events, collaborations, and brand activations
- Coordinate with legal advisors to ensure full regulatory compliance
- Support procurement and inventory strategies aligned with premium standards
Operational Control & Quality Assurance
- Oversee inventory, assets, and cost control with precision
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Optimize workflows between front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Maintain excellence even during peak service periods
Pre-Opening & Launch Leadership
- Lead the full pre-opening journey, from team creation to operational readiness
- Execute soft opening and official launch with excellence
- Ensure every detail reflects the brand’s luxury positioning from day one

Qualifications
Experience & Background
- Minimum 8+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Proven experience within premium or luxury dining concepts is highly preferred
- Strong background in managing high-volume, high-standard operations
