Job description:
We are looking for a Full-Cycle Bookkeeper to join our Finance team.

Responsibilities
- Own accounting processes from transaction recording through month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
- Accounts Payable processing (invoices, payments and reconciliations)
- Accounts Receivable processing (invoices, collections and reconciliations)
- Process journal entries and maintain documentation for credit cards and expense management platforms (e.g., Mesh)
- Review and record employee travel and expense reimbursements
- Prepare and submit VAT reports, withholding tax and other tax filings
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across group entities
- Support external audit processes including the preparation of requested documents and interactions with auditors
Requirements:
- Certified Bookkeeper
- At least 5 years’ experience in bookkeeping (in the high-tech industry preferred)
- Experience with NetSuite – mandatory
- Good English, both written and spoken
- Advanced Excel skills
- Hands-on approach
