Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes across the organization. This role will be responsible for delivering actionable financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving continuous improvement in planning systems—particularly leveraging Workday Adaptive Planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budgeting process, including coordination across departments, timeline management, and executive presentations
  • Own and enhance rolling forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, scenario planning, and long-term planning
  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, variance analysis, and performance tracking
  • Administer and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning, including model building, reporting, and system enhancements
  • Analyze monthly financial results, identify key drivers, and communicate insights to senior leadership
  • Establish and improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to increase efficiency and scalability
  • Support board and executive reporting with clear, concise financial narratives and presentations
  • Lead and mentor junior FP&A team members (if applicable)
