Responsibilities
- Oversee general ledger and daily cash reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Manage full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, payroll)
- Lead cost accounting, budgeting, and job costing
- Perform WIP analysis and track project performance
- Liaise with CPA firm on audits and compliance
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with Quick Books or other accounting related ERP’s, Intermediate Excel
- 3+ years of relevant bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable experience
- Ability to manage time effectively, solve problems, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Compensation
USD 70,000 – 85,000 DOE
