Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the annual budgeting and re-forecasting processes
• Perform monthly and quarterly financial reports and variance analysis
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes ensuring accurate reporting
• Develop and enhance financial models and long-range plans
• Prepare executive-level financial reports and investor presentations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
• Minimum 1 year of financial analysis experience
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Proficient communication abilities
• Interest in real estate and financial modeling
