Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis professional to support a large distribution company in the Saint Louis, MO area. Summary: In this role, you will support incentive compensation planning, financial modeling, and performance reporting. This role partners cross-functionally to ensure plan consistency, data integrity, and clear financial insight to support business initiatives. The client offers salary, benefits, casual culture, and hybrid schedule. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support incentive compensation plan design to promote internal equity and standardization
  • Develop and analyze pro forma models related to incentive plan changes and financial impact
  • Compile and review monthly performance and payout reporting for management and plan participants
  • Maintain incentive plan documentation and supporting records
  • Support system updates reflecting incentive plan changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders
  • Gather, analyze, and normalize data from multiple sources into a centralized format
  • Research industry trends and benchmarks; provide data-driven recommendations
  • Assist with policy, procedure, and process improvement initiatives
  • Participate in department and cross-functional projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills
  • Experience supporting or administering incentive compensation programs
  • Background working within large or multi-entity organizations preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Big 4 or public accounting experience preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
