Overview:
Our client, a leading hedge fund, is seeking a Compliance Associate to join its U.S. compliance team. This individual will support the firm’s corporate compliance program with a focus on core compliance, compliance training, and surveillance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee MNPI controls, including restricted/watch lists and information barrier management
- Manage expert network compliance, including approvals, monitoring, and policy adherence
- Administer employee trading & personal account dealing (PAD), including pre-clearance and ongoing monitoring
- Lead preparation, review, and ongoing maintenance of Form ADV (Parts 1 & 2) and NFA filings (e.g., CPO-PQR, CTA-PR, disclosure documents)
- Supporting compliance frameworks
- Conducting surveillance across equities, commodities, futures, and fixed income
SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 6+ years of core compliance experience within a buy side institution
- Strong expertise in Form ADV and NFA filings (CPO-PQR, CTA-PR), including data aggregation, validation, and regulatory reporting
