Overview:
Reporting to the Director of FP&A, as FP&A Analyst you will play a pivotal role in providing FP&A and finance business partnering services to key stakeholders to support this PE backed international scaling business.
What are the key components of the role:
Playing a key role in annual budgeting, strategic planning and forecasting activities
Creating value added MI reporting to various stakeholders across Sales, Merchandising and Exco giving insights over performance both weekly and monthly
To support pricing activities across UK and Europe and ensure gross margin is aligned with strategic objectives
Act as a Finance Business Partner to stakeholders across Sales, Merchandising, Marketing and Finance
Support projects such as new product roll out, new country roll out from an FP&A perspective
What is your background:
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and be looking to develop your FP&A and commercial finance skills within this fast growing business. You will have experience of P&L reporting and analysis alongside budgeting and forecasting.
You will be comfortable in building robust relationships where you are seen as a trusted business advisor.
You will ideally have exposure to tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Experience of working within a scale-up or SME business desirable not essential and any experience gained within retail, fashion or FMCG desirable too.
Hybrid/Office:
This client offers hybrid working, 3 days office and 2 days home.
