Meridian is seeking a dedicated Financial Services Representative to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will support Members with transaction services while also identifying referral opportunities for account openings, credit products, and wealth management. You’ll foster meaningful relationships directly contributing to both individual and community financial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand and fulfill Member account requests
• Provide tailored advice on credit and investment products
• Maintain confidentiality and trust with Members
• Resolve concerns and develop action plans
• Participate in local community events to enhance relationships
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education preferred or sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and financial systems
• Flexible to work evenings and Saturdays
• Interest in using technology for Member service
