for Order to Cash Associate
Role Description
We are looking for a candidate who will be able to work in a multinational, fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, the candidate should be task-oriented, highly organized that demonstrates problem solving skills. Team spirit and professional attitude will be also highly appreciated. The role is suitable for professionals, willing to gain experience in Accounting in an International environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the process of applying payments to a customer’s account in a timely and accurate manner and within the approved service level agreements.
- Perform AR reconciliations and reporting
- Ensure there are no outstanding transactions related to Accounts Receivable pending on bank reconciliation.
- Perform end-to-end billing tasks in compliance with approved billing policies & procedures, accounting standards, internal controls.
- Perform factoring procedures & reconciliations
- Works collaboratively to ensure unallocated and unapplied cash payments are resolved.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Working experience of 2-4 years
- Working knowledge of IFRS
- English proficient
- Computer skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office [Strong Excel skills required]
- Process oriented
- Attention to detail
- Good analytical skills
- Strong willing to develop
- Effective collaboration
- Analytical and problem-solving oriented
- Able to handle multi-tasks and prioritize accordingly
