Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist, located in the Hanoi. The role involves budgeting and forecasting, preparing financial analysis and reports, and supporting business planning processes. The position also requires managing financial data, analyzing performance metrics, and providing insightful recommendations to optimize decision-making and strategy development. The Specialist will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
1. Budget Planning for Departments/Divisions/Companies:
- Develop detailed budgets for Departments/Divisions/Companies based on the business direction of each unit and the overall objectives of the Group.
- Review and monitor planning figures to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and alignment with business objectives.
2. Budget Monitoring and Control for Departments/Divisions/Companies:
- Monitor budget implementation to ensure compliance with the approved plans and strategic direction.
- Propose solutions and support measures, and address issues or obstacles to ensure the achievement of planned targets.
3. Analyze and control operating expenses, identify unusual or abnormal expenditures, and provide recommendations or corrective actions where necessary.
4. Monitor and control operational processes related to financial management activities across the Group's subsidiaries and affiliated entities.
5. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor or management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and Business Planning processes, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and providing actionable insights
- In-depth understanding of Finance principles and the preparation of Financial Statements
- Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities to evaluate financial outcomes
- Advanced knowledge of financial tools and software like Excel and ERP systems
- Exceptional communication skills for reporting findings to stakeholders and team collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
