Atlantic Group is partnering with a leading financial services organization to hire a Financial Analyst (FP&A). This role sits at the center of financial planning and performance management, offering strong visibility across the business and direct interaction with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Insights: Develop and deliver clear, actionable management reports focused on expense trends, key performance metrics, and budget vs. actuals
- Planning & Forecasting: Own and support budgeting cycles, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning processes
- Expense Management: Analyze operating expenses, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and financial decision-making
- Modeling & Analysis: Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, scenario planning, and growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Experience: 5–7 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or management reporting experience, ideally within financial services or a consulting environment
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and strong financial modeling capabilities; experience with reporting tools is a plus
- Industry Exposure: Background supporting budgeting, forecasting, and expense analysis in a corporate or investment setting preferred
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
