In this role, you’ll work closely with internal and client teams to manage onboarding requests effectively. You will collaborate with multiple functions, ensuring a seamless process while tracking and updating stakeholders on client life cycles. Your proactive approach will help identify areas for process improvement while maintaining compliance with all regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle onboarding and client lifecycle requests across various teams
• Maintain transparency by updating status reports for stakeholders
• Proactively escalate operational control issues to relevant teams
• Ensure compliance with KYC and risk regulations
• Provide business support for strategic projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent/similar required
• Experience in onboarding or related functions preferred
• Understanding of Capital Markets and KYC regulations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
