Main responsibilities
Responsible for developing financial plans, budgets, and business
forecasts, analyzing financial performance, and providing management insights
to support the Executive Board and business functions in making effective
business decisions, ensuring revenue and profit growth while optimizing the
Company's resources.
1. Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Business Forecasting.
2. Business Performance and Financial Analysis
3. Business Decision Support and Financial Business Partnering
4. Cost Management and Control
5. Management Reporting Development and Enhancement
6. Profitability Management by Product, Customer, and Sales Channel
7. Banking Relationship Management and Corporate Finance Support
8. Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Management.
Job requirements
+ Bachelor's degree or above in Corporate Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Economics, Business
Administration, or related fields.
+ Professional certifications such as CIMA, ACCA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent international qualifications are preferred.
+ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Analysis,
or Management Accounting.
+ Experience in FMCG, import, distribution, or retail companies is preferred.
+ Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
+ Strong knowledge of financial statements, management accounting, corporate finance, budgeting, and
investment analysis.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
+Good command of English for both verbal and written communication, including reading and understanding financial reports, emails, and professional documents in English. Communicating, participating in meetings, and presenting reports directly to expatriate or foreign management. Preparing financial and management reports in English when required.
+ Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
+ High level of integrity, accuracy, and accountability.
+ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
+ Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
