We are hiring on behalf of a well-established, privately held company with a strong operational footprint. This is a senior finance leadership role suited for a seasoned Controller ready to take full ownership of a finance function.
What You'll Do:
• Own all day-to-day financial operations — AP/AR, payroll, and expense management
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Conduct regular financial audits and spend reviews across departments
• Monitor and analyze financial performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis against targets
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and cost optimization opportunities
• Deliver clear financial reports and strategic insights to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies
• Build and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures
• Partner cross-functionally with operational teams to track revenue, costs, and key financial drivers
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and scenario analyses to support business decisions
What You Bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
• 10 Years Financial Management (preferably in Logistics, Trucking or other ops heavy industry)
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working closely with non-finance operational stakeholders
• Bilingual proficiency in an East Asian language a strong plus
