We are now looking for a Financial Controller to join our global Accounting and Compliance team. In this role, you get to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance for our subsidiaries in selected countries, supporting smooth and reliable business operations. You coordinate regional finance and administrative activities, work closely with external accounting partners and auditors, and contribute to process development.
This role offers the opportunity to grow in an international environment while working with supportive colleagues. You will be part of our global Accounting and Compliance team of 11 professionals, with close collaboration also in Finland. You are based in our head office in Turku, with the flexibility of a hybrid working model to support your work‑life balance.
In short, what you will work on as Financial Controller:
- Supervise and execute daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly financial tasks in legal companies across the specified region.
- Co-operate closely with external accounting partners in the region to ensure they follow Cadmatic group accounting standards and reporting timetables.
- Coordinate the process for official documents related to the administration of the assigned legal entities.
- Act as a point of contact for local auditors and provide audit materials when needed.
- Plan and manage cash flows.
- Participate in process development work and different projects.
We wish you to bring:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
- Relevant experience in accounting and statutory reporting.
- Willingness to learn international finance processes.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where the organization is in a constant state of development.
