Role Description
Aliments Putters is seeking a dedicated professional to manage all the company’s accounting and financial activities. As a Financial Controller, you’ll play a pivotal role in the company’s success by working closely with the Chief Financial Officer and the broader management team. You will be tasked with proposing and implementing new processes, as well as developing financial analyses to support the company’s growth.
This role offers you a chance to collaborate with different internal teams — including Sales, Operations, and HR — to align financial strategies with business objectives, making a direct impact on the company’s growth trajectory.
Qualifications
Drive the company’s financial performance through analysis, reporting, and KPI monitoring.
Prepare reliable financial statements and partner with management to support strategic decision-making.
Contribute to the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Optimize financial processes, internal controls, and operational automation.
Oversee day-to-day financial operations including billing, payments, cash management, and inventory.
Ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with external partners.
Lead and mentor the accounting and administrative team, fostering a people-first culture of development and support.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, HR) to align financial strategy with the company’s growth goals.
