At Sii Group Colombia we are looking for a Financial Controller to join us. This is a direct position with our organization, with immediate integration into our internal finance team.
What you will own
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that give management real visibility into financial performance, revenue, margin, productivity, and beyond.
- Automate financial processes using VBA, reducing manual work and improving data accuracy.
- Ensure data integrity and consistent financial workflows within the ERP.
- Own the monthly performance review cycle: prepare the numbers, tell the story, present to local leadership.
- Actively contribute to improving controlling tools and dashboards. We want someone who sees gaps and fixes them.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years in financial control, management control, or a closely related role.
- Solid hands-on experience with Power BI
- Proficiency in VBA for Excel automation
- Ability to work within an ERP environment and maintain clean, reliable financial data flows.
- Comfort with KPIs and operational metrics: you understand what drives the numbers, not just how to report them.
- B2 – C1 English
Work Conditions
Contract type: permanent / indefinite term
Work mode: hybrid. 4 days on-site, 1 day remote (Bogotá)
