Looking for a role where you can take full ownership of the finance function and work closely with senior leadership?
FRS Recruitment are partnering with a well-established international manufacturing business to recruit a Financial Controller for their Dublin operation.
This is a hands-on role offering real autonomy, excellent visibility across the business and the opportunity to influence commercial decision-making.

What you'll be doing
• Preparing monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, cashflow and variance analysis
• Leading the month-end and year-end close process
• Producing financial reports and commentary for senior management
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting
• Managing cashflow and working capital
• Ensuring robust financial controls and compliance
• Managing relationships with auditors, tax advisors and external stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities to improve finance systems, reporting and processes
What we're looking for
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• 2-3 years' post-qualified experience
• Strong experience preparing management accounts
• Excellent Excel skills
• ERP systems experience (Business Central would be an advantage)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Someone who enjoys working in a hands-on, collaborative environment
