Job Description

Danske Bank is seeking a skilled experienced individual to join our Strategy Execution and Steering team. This team ensures Technology & Services (T&S) business unit actively contributes to our agile and non-agile organisational landscape to ensure T&S delivers and operates the bank’s technology platforms and drives digital change and execution needed. Often, the team execute tasks around the Annual Business Review and the Forward ‘28 strategy roll-out.

The Strategy Execution and Steering team works closely with Performance Management teams, local Project Management Office (PMO) teams, and Business Managers, the team strengthens the link between activity execution, investment management, and benefit realisation. It also delivers accurate, insightful reporting on vital elements and performance indicators to support T&S Leadership in group-wide forums.

What you will be doing:

  • Gather internal insights across a portfolio of strategic initiatives, focusing on strategic performance indicators and financials.
  • Participate in and lead stakeholder meetings to collect qualitative insights on portfolio performance.
  • Ensure consolidation and update of executive reporting.
  • Create and manage governance structures for strategic initiatives across traditional and agile execution models.

About you:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with proven +3 years of experience in building relationships and driving collaboration across organisational levels.
  • Proven track record of managing holistic initiatives and driving progress across diverse portfolios of strategic initiatives.
  • Proficiency in strategic performance management with a holistic understanding.
  • Analytic mindset and financial acumen, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
  • Expertise in visualising data insights for executive audiences and delivering concise, impactful communication.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with tools such as Power BI or Tableau is beneficial. Knowledge of the SAFe or Spotify model of IT development will be highly valued.

Monthly salary range from 3040 EUR to 4560 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
