I’m currently partnering with a growing, multi-entity business to appoint a commercially focused Financial Controller to lead and develop their finance function. This is a broad and high-impact role, managing a team and taking full ownership of group finance from monthly reporting and consolidations through to budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management Key Achievements
• Full ownership of group finance across multiple entities
• Leadership of month-end, transactional finance, and payroll
• Close business partnering with operational teams to drive project profitability
• Oversight of cash flow, tax compliance (VAT, CIS, PAYE, Corp Tax), and audit processes
• Involvement in ERP systems ) and continuous improvement initiatives The company are seeking: A fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with strong post-qualified experience Strong ERP system experience This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical excellence with commercial insight and team leadership.
