• Track and analyze deferred maintenance and revenue streams
• Prepare information for audits and respond to inquiries
• Undertake special projects and ad hoc reporting
Requirements:
• Education in Accounting, Finance, or related areas
• Experience in financial analysis or accounting functions
• Pursuing or completed professional accounting designation (CPA)
• Strong skills in financial modeling
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
