Position Overview
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Support Center team remotely. This role will support the Operations Analysis team by delivering insights and developing materials for senior leadership and equity sponsors.
Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this position offers a strong opportunity to build expertise in data analysis, presentation development, and both tactical and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and business partners with high-quality financial and operational analysis to support long-term organizational growth
- Gather, structure, analyze, and summarize data from internal systems and external sources (industry, government, and third-party data) to support organic growth initiatives and acquisitions
- Analyze financial statements, operational metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct market evaluations and competitive intelligence research
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting packages
- Support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and ongoing KPI reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong foundational knowledge of finance, economics, and statistical analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated experience with Excel functions including lookups, pivot tables, nested IF statements, and SUMIF formulas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
- Analytical, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to make data-driven recommendations and decisions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Positive, inquisitive, team-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset
- Experience supporting multiple business units is preferred
