The Role
• Lead day-to-day management and control of O&M and capital costs.
• Support accurate planning, reporting, and analysis of operations.
• Handle fleet-wide special projects with increased scope and complexity.
• Fulfill ad hoc requests from internal and external sources to support executive decision-making.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting on major cost drivers, forecasting performance against goals.
• Lead monthly financial closing processes and ensure adherence to corporate policies.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance or business operations.
• Strong financial analysis skills and effective written/verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with accounting principles, financial metrics, and financial statement relationships.
• Working knowledge of business operations and industry practices.
• Proficient computer-based analytical skills (e.g., Access, Excel, PowerPoint, database management).
• MBA/CPA and expertise in PeopleSoft and financial systems are preferred.
