- Manage IT charge-outs and intercompany billings to ensure compliance with transfer pricing principles.
- Review and process Technology’s OPEX and CAPEX drawdowns for effective expense management.
- Perform monthly general ledger reconciliations, conduct variance analysis, and provide explanatory commentary for performance reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Handle budgeting preparation and monitoring to ensure full cost coverage and proper charging mechanisms.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues promptly.
- Degree in Finance/Accounting or professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, ICAEW) with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Effective communicator, proactive, and able to multi-task.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a team player.
- Independent and self-driven, with the ability to work under minimal supervision while managing priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with standard costing, activity-based costing, and cash flow management is an advantage.
- Proficient in handling spreadsheets and accounting systems.
