About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Revenue Operations to help drive alignment across our revenue-generating teams and support the company’s continued growth. This role plays a key part in optimizing processes, improving visibility into performance, and enabling smarter, data-informed decisions across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve overall efficiency
Support revenue planning, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking
Develop and refine operational processes to enhance scalability
Provide insights through data analysis to support business decisions
Oversee CRM systems and ensure consistency and accuracy of data
Help identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and overall performance
Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives and strategic planning
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with CRM systems and reporting tools
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
