The Position

The Financial Analyst will report directly to the Director of FP&A and will be responsible for supporting the financial planning, forecasting, and operations functions within the organization. This role requires strong analytic and interpersonal skills, prioritizing collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making and supporting strategic financial initiatives.

The Successful Candidate Will Be Self-motivated And Have a Desire To Build And Improve Processes While Possessing a Background In Business Analytics And Data Visualization. Responsibilites Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning
  • Drive the annual budgeting process, working closely with key to establish financial targets and key performance indicators
  • Analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior year, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for NOI improvement
  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making across various functional areas
  • Support month-end close by partnering with Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and accruals
  • Prepare and distribute management reporting packages, including variance analysis and executive-ready commentary
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A processes
  • Lead ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects assigned, leveraging data analysis and visualization tools to deliver actionable insights

The Details

  • Location: Headquarters in Denver, CO, in office 3-4 days per week
  • Travel: Less than 5% domestically
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must pass comprehensive background screening

Must-have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of professional work experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or similar
  • Background in FP&A with data visualization experience preferred
  • Prior experience in a private equity portfolio company preferred
  • Strong understanding of financial models with ability to own and maintain operating asset models
  • Dynamic with an ability to take ownership of complex and high-impact responsibilities
  • Collaborative with a positive attitude
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • Detail oriented with outstanding written, technical and communication skills
  • Results oriented with a track record of driving results across multiple channels and initiatives
  • Advanced Excel skills

Compensation Range

$76,320.00 – $83,740.00
