Our client is looking for a detail‑driven finance professional to support strategic financial initiatives and help drive improvements in profitability, efficiency, and overall business performance. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leadership to enable data‑driven decision‑making and support key financial processes across the organization.
What You’ll Do
As a core member of the Finance team, you will:
- Lead and support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process within the region
- Assist leadership in preparing monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Support the monthly financial close in collaboration with regional teams
- Work with shared services to ensure a timely and accurate month-end close
- Develop and improve financial tools, processes, and reporting templates
- Analyze customer incentives and recommend actions to enhance profitability
- Partner cross‑functionally on both local and enterprise-level initiatives
- Create financial models, forecasts, and perform ad hoc analysis as needed
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational excellence
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required)
- MBA preferred
- 1+ years of financial or business analysis experience (or equivalent education + experience combination)
