Role Description

This is a full-time Financial Analyst role with Transferra. The role is a hybrid position with some work-from-home flexibility. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including balance and commission reconciliation, financial planning, revenue analytics, financial reporting, and financial statement analysis. The Financial Analyst will analyze financial data, identify areas of weakness, and work with stakeholders to develop and implement appropriate responses to any financial issues.

Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly financial reports.

Collect invoices and payment documents for accountants.

Prepare balance reconciliation reports and commission reconciliation reports.

Analyze information and bank statements of customer transfers, commissions, and revenues.

Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Develop economic models to support business decisions.

Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve company goals.

Participate in team-building activities to promote a positive work environment.

Salary: 1400-1600 EUR gross depending on your skill set.

Qualifications

Strong financial analysis and analytical skills

Expertise in financial planning, finance, financial statements, and financial reporting

Proficiency in financial management software and tools

Experience in financial forecasting

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other teams
