A globally connected organisation is seeking a standalone Regional Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across a multi-country region. This is a broad, hands-on role with exposure to financial reporting, management accounting, budgeting, cash flow, payroll oversight, and operational finance support.
Working closely with regional leadership and an overseas finance team, you’ll ensure accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and effective support across multiple offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of monthly management and financial reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Oversight of AP, AR, payroll, and banking activities
- Ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements
- Supporting and coaching operational stakeholders on finance processes
- Driving process improvements and finance system enhancements
Candidate requirements
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or equivalent
- Proven experience in a broad finance role
- Strong management and financial accounts prep background
- Confident partnering with stakeholders across multiple locations
- Proactive, hands-on, and commercially minded
