The Role
- Define and manage program financial goals and objectives.
- Create and maintain program budgets and analyze progress against baselines.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, recommending actions for optimal execution.
- Prepare and present financial forecasts, reports, and analysis.
- Manage program general ledger, monitor cash flow, and drive financial forecasts (EACs).
- Support pricing for on-contract growth and provide Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline with 8+ years of program financial control experience.
- Experience with Earned Value Management, financial forecasting, cost/revenue management, and variance analysis.
- Prior experience in the defense contracting industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of various contract types (FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus, Hybrid).
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- US citizenship required and ability to obtain security clearance.
