🌱 What You’ll Do
As a key member of the Finance team, you’ll help shape health and wellness outcomes for people around the world.
Here’s what you can expect in your role:
✅ Overall Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director, Finance & Accounting, the Financial Analyst supports monthly accounting processes, financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely, accurate, and well-controlled financial operations.
The incumbent will support month‑end close, maintain financial schedules, complete reconciliations, assist with AP-related processes, and help deliver high‑quality reporting packages and analytics to internal stakeholders.
Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Financial Reporting, Close & Reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain Jamieson’s Monthly Report Pack, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of all schedules.
- Support the month-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, variance analysis, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and maintain monthly account and intercompany reconciliations, investigating and resolving variances in a timely manner.
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting templates and tools, identifying opportunities to streamline reporting and reconciliation processes.
- Accounts Payable, Controls & Business Support
- Support AP processes including Concur invoice review and approval, ensuring accurate coding, proper documentation, and compliance with internal controls.
- Partner with Procurement and AP to resolve aged GRIR items and unsubmitted invoices, reducing aged balances and late submissions.
- Support AP cash flow forecasting by analyzing trends and providing accurate, timely weekly projections.
- Operational Excellence & Financial Governance
- Maintain strong financial controls and support internal and external audits, while providing analytical support for ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Collaborate across Finance, Operations, Procurement, and other functions to support business needs and improve financial clarity.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency within reporting, reconciliations, and AP workflows.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements
- Successful completion of College or University diploma/degree in accounting
- Preference will be given to candidates working towards a professional accounting designation
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in Accounting
- Eager to learn with a positive, proactive attitude, motivated to grow in a collaborative environment and contribute to a purpose‑driven health & wellness organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both senior leadership and front‑line employees
- Demonstrated management skills with initiative and perseverance to driving concepts into action
- Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office applications – an Excel expert
- Ability to multi-task with multiple deadlines and prioritize crucial deliverable
- Experience working in a SAP environment is an asset

Jamieson Wellness Inc. offers a competitive total rewards package that goes beyond base pay, including eligibility for our Short-Term Incentive Program and a variety of benefits to support your well-being and professional growth.
For this role, the posting range is “$46,270– $79,320”, which may not reflect the full salary range of the position. The actual salary offered will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, level of education, and other professional qualifications aligned with the requirements and complexity of this position.
