We are looking for a Financial Analyst, who will play an important role in maintaining the company's financial health by ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards and partnering with accounting for accurate financial reporting.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve budgets, forecasts, and financial models that support short‑ and long‑term planning.
- Conduct scenario modelling to assess risks, opportunities, and business sensitivities.
- Perform comprehensive analyses, including variance, trend, and profitability analysis, to identify performance drivers and provide insights for improvement.
- Monitor key financial and operational metrics to support timely decision‑making.
- Prepare, interpret, and present financial reports to senior management and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, concise, and actionable insights.
- Partner with business units to support strategic projects, investment decisions, and operational initiatives.
- Collect, validate, and manage financial data from multiple systems and sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support enhancements in data automation and reporting tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen the reliability of financial outputs.
- Contribute to the development of best‑practice methodologies, dashboards, and tools.
- Work closely with Accounting, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure consistency in financial assumptions and alignment with organizational goals.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or accounting
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modelling and data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools and financial reporting systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of IFRS is preferred
