We are conducting a search for a Financial Analyst to join a well-established Dallas family office with significant investments in the energy industry.
This newly created position reports directly to the CFO and offers exceptional visibility across a portfolio of operating companies. In this role, you'll build and maintain financial models, partner with leadership across multiple businesses, evaluate new investment opportunities, analyze financial performance, and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models
- Analyze financial performance, forecasts, and budgets
- Partner with leadership across multiple operating companies
- Support acquisitions, strategic initiatives, and special projects
- Prepare financial analyses and presentations for management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of finance or financial analysis experience
- Oil & gas experience strongly preferred (internship experience considered)
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- MBA preferred, but not required
- Professional communication and presentation skills
